Join us for a FREE, day-long celebration that brings a world of joyous music, art, play, delectable food, and craft beverages to the banks of the Connecticut River in South Hadley Falls. The festival is FREE for your car too, with complimentary parking available onsite and shuttle service from nearby lots.
This year’s world-wide, world-class music lineup includes Lakou Mizik from Haiti; Corazón de Granada from Spain; New York’s Cuban roots sensation, Ola Fresca; North Carolina’s Chatham County Line, known for their bluegrass roots and cowboy boots; StompBox Trio; When You Got The Blues; and the maestro of melodies for little people, Mister G. The evening culminates with a New Orlean’s all-star get-down featuring Charmaine Neville, Glen David Andrews Band and Khalif Neville, who will bring Crescent City funk to the banks of the Connecticut River.
Savor delicious local food, beer, and wine; browse a curated selection of handmade crafts; explore a wide array of kids activities; and cool down in the splash park. There’s plenty to keep the kids busy during the day, including an Instrument Petting Zoo, Martial Arts Demo, Interactive Fire Fighting, Scotty Swan‘s Roving Puppets, Close-Up Magic with Jeff Kempton Magic, Obstacle Course, and Face Painting.
PARKING & SHUTTLE SERVICE:
There is limited FREE parking available onsite. There is FREE 20-minute South Hadley shuttle loop that starts at South Hadley Beachgrounds Park and stops at Jubinville Insurance, Berkshire Bank, Mohawk Fine Papers, E Ink, and the South Hadley Public Library It then goes down Main Street to the public lot across from the Egg & I and back to the park. FREE parking is available in the lots at each of these stops.
In Holyoke, FREE shuttle service is available from Nueva Esperanza, Inc. on Main Street and Holyoke City Hall to South Hadley Beachgrounds Park beginning at 11:30am and running until 11PM. The loop takes approximately 20 minutes.
FallsFest is produced by Music and Arts South Hadley, a nonprofit 501c3 organization with a mission to make world-class programming accessible to people from all walks of life. The organization is powered by volunteers and funded with the generosity of area businesses and individuals who believe in the transformative power of arts and music.
