Know Your Town will sponsor a pre-primary Candidates’ Night on Thursday, August 23, 2018. The event, which begins at 7:00pm, will be held in the South Hadley High School Auditorium. Jodi Miller, a KYT member and a partner in a Springfield law firm, will moderate the program.

Candidates will give opening policy statements and then answer questions from the audience. All of the Democratic primary candidates for State Representative and State Senate will participate:
State Representative: 2nd Hampshire District
Dan Carey, John Hine, Marie McCourt
State Senate: Hampshire-Franklin-Worcester District
Jo Comerford*, Steve Connor*, Chelsea Kline, Ryan O’Donnell*

The state primaries will take place on Tuesday, September 4, 2018.
All South Hadley Precincts vote at South Hadley High School.
The event is free and open to the public, and refreshments will be served.
