Chef John Piskor has enjoyed the world of culinary arts since his childhood, baking and cooking with his family. In his young adult life, John decided that becoming a chef was his dream. He attended Smith Vocational Culinary Arts for four years learning the trade has worked his way up the ranks at restaurants, banquet halls and in institutional kitchens in the pioneer valley. Most notably, he spent over four years at Chef Wayne’s Big Mamou of Williamsburg. John also opened his own catering company, Garnish Catering. He now serves Food & Beverage Manager at The Valley View Grille at Ledges Golf Club.
